Julie Tyler is a proficient Project Manager, with extensive experience as a project engineer and

scheduler. In addition to her management skills, she is a USACE Certified Quality Control Manager

and worked in the legal field as a practicing paralegal for over ten years before transitioning to the

utility and construction industry. With her paralegal background, Julie has extensive knowledge in the

field of contract administration and has a vast amount of experience with proposal preparation and

submission, as well as subcontracts, change orders and other contractual documentation.

In addition to her project management duties, she also focuses on the direction and management of

corporate quality control procedures and processes for various projects, and has been a Quality
